Qualtrics XM Voice Lead to join NSW Govt Project

Primary purpose of the role
The VoC Operations Lead is responsible for the ongoing technical development and improvement of the Customer Voice Program.
The VoC Operations Lead is responsible for the pipeline of development activity to refine and enhance existing features, design, develop and implement new technical and analytical components of the Customer Voice Program to enable Client staff from across the organisation to make effective, student centric and data driven decisions.
Key accountabilities
- Experience working with Qualtrics XM to optimise
- Customise a Voice of Customer program, implement new program features,
- Lead digital projects, and work with the Qualtrics Technical Account Manager on any third party integrations and implementation of web-intercepts
- Experience leading the technical operations of a Voice of Customer program for an educational institution
