Our Client is seeking an experienced Transition Lead to support a large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program within a Federal Government Department.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL frameworks, release and transition management, and complex stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of IT services and capabilities within the ERP program.
• Manage release and transition activities in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors, to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide technical documentation and reports to support transition planning and execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance service management practices.
• Work closely with teams involved in cloud services, legacy systems migration, and SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in ITSM, ITIL, and transition management within complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Expertise in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience working with enterprise cloud services and ERP solutions is highly desirable.
• Prior exposure to Federal Government Department service management processes and tools (such as DSMS) is beneficial.

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience in large-scale ERP migration projects.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms accredited by the Digital Transformation Agency, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud.
