POSITION

The need has risen for a HR Manager to assist the leadership team in a generalist HR and recruitment capacity. This role will suit a passionate individual who has a deep understanding of all facets of human resource management. The successful candidate will report to an extremely personable COO whilst managing an enthusiastic and motivated team.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• 5+ years within a similar HR function within a professional services environment
• Tertiary qualifications with a HR major
• Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Outstanding understanding of WHS and HR legislation
• Ability to operate across multiple sites nationally
• Exceptional time management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
