About the role

We are seeking:

A full time employee to commence in June 2025 (we would also encourage part time applicants to apply).

An enthusiastic physiotherapist (new grad or experienced) wanting to work in an inclusive & supportive team.

We provide:

A comprehensive mentoring program including scheduled regular 1:1 individual sessions and weekly team-based learning;

$1000 dollars per year (pro rata) for external continuing education;

A team of Exercise Physiologists (Sydney Sports & Exercise Physiology) we work closely with to help achieve the best long term outcome for clients;

A scheduled induction process (2 weeks) to help you integrate into your new workspace;

AI Transcription softwear and assessment / report templates to make note keeping a breeze and maximise your interaction time with your clients;

State-of-the-art assessment technology, including VALD Performance Testing;

About you

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about sports / musculoskeletal physiotherapy and helping clients achieve their desired outcomes. They will be committed to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence. They will have excellent communication skills and work well independently and as part of a collaborative team. They will practice what they preach and have an interest in their own sport / physical health, nutrition & maximising physical wellness.
