Breaking Boundaries is looking for a dynamic Physiotherapist who places patient care, outcomes and experience as their first treatment priority.
We are adding to our well established team and are open to any physiotherapist with a passion in the neurological and complex rehabilitation space. Finding the right team member with a passion for helping patients is key, and we are open to recent Graduates or more experienced Physiotherapists, or those looking for either a Full Time or Part Time role.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Comprehensive Clinical Assessments: Conduct detailed assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and create personalised rehabilitation plans.
Delivering Exceptional Care: Provide high-quality physiotherapy interventions aimed at optimising client outcomes and enhancing quality of life.
Collaborative Consultation: Work closely with care teams, other members of the multi-disciplinary team, and families to offer expert advice and guidance, ensuring holistic care for each client.
Developing Insightful Reports: Prepare thorough, accurate reports and documentation that reflect the progress and needs of your clients.
Mentorship & Growth: Benefit from regular one-on-one mentoring with senior team members, ensuring ongoing support and professional development.

Who are we looking for?
1. A candidate with a tertiary level qualification in Physiotherapy that holds:
AHRPA registration
WWCC and NDIS Worker Check
Current Drivers Licence
2. Experience in or a passion working in neurological rehabilitation and complex rehabilitation.
3. A team player with strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. A candidate who is eager to grow professionally and is pursue ongoing development
in the neurological rehabilitation field.
5. A flexible and adaptable candidate who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment with clients who have a wide variety of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
6. A candidate with a positive, client-centred attitude who shares our values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in care.
