Who we are?

My Home Physio Team (Long Jetty Physiotherapy Centre) Is a local team providing mobile and clinical based Physiotherapy services. We are based in our historic “Cottage” cabin style clinic on the main road in Long Jetty, NSW (approx. 70 mins north of Sydney). Only a few minutes walk to the Lake and a 10-15 minutes easy walk to Shelly Beach. Our historic building has been a physiotherapy clinic for more than 30 years and is well known in our community.

We have been a registered NDIS provider since 2018. Our expert area is in disability and aged care physiotherapy. Nonetheless we do see a variety of clinical presentations. Our second clinic is located in Alice Springs, NT (Find us on Instagram @cbrteam1).

Our vision is to provide equal access to physiotherapy for all people in the community. The term “CBR” (Community Based Rehab) was an original framework proposed by the WHO to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families and ensure their participation and inclusion in the community. This framework is at the heart of our core values, which is to deliver a ‘big picture approach’ to health care services.

Who we are looking for?

Excellent opportunities for a physiotherapist to join our community based mobile and Clinic (Long Jetty Physiotherapy Centre) service on the Central Coast. New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are both welcomed to apply.

Your role in CENTRAL COAST will involve:

• Providing high quality evidence based physiotherapy to help clients achieve their goals.
• Weekly mentorship and education provided with Senior physiotherapist for new graduate physiotherapist. We have a new graduate program available to provide support.
• The role can be flexible (casual/part time/full time).
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
• A pathway to career progressions and roles.
• Fuel allowance or Company Car
• Professional development (CPD) allowance such as external courses to expand your skill set.
• Salary package based on experience.
• Must be AHPRA Registered.
