ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Development/ Permits Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing various aspects of development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with contractors, conducting inspections, and supporting planning teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

DUTIES.

• Issuing Permits like Road opening permits etc
• Pre Approval of Development Applications
• Liaising with Contractors
• Site Inspections: Vehicle crossing, public domain

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or relevant qualification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with permits and inspections mandatory
