$28.84 per hour + salary packaging | Ward Assistant - Dialysis

Permanent Part time 16 hours per week

About the Role

Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking a dedicated and organised Ward Assistant to support the Dialysis Unit. This role is ideal for someone passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring a safe and efficient ward environment

What You'll Do:

• Prepare patient areas and equipment for clinical procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and stock levels in all areas.
• Adapt to the ward's changing needs with top-notch prioritisation skills.
• Uphold safety by reporting hazards and following workplace protocols.
• Transport specimens, equipment and medication securely.
• Participate in quality improvement and accreditation projects.
• Handle general housekeeping for a safe, tidy, and efficient ward.

• High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
