Salary: $79,947 - $86,866 plus 15.4% superannuation

20 April 2025 increasing to ($83,145 - $90,341)

About the role

As a Home Lending Officer, you will be a key member of the team assisting our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers to achieve their home ownership goals. This is a rewarding role, you will work closely with our customers helping to prepare them for home ownership from their initial enquiry through to loan application assessment, loan scenario/servicing development, pre-approval and approval and settlement.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Recent experience in and good understanding of:

1. Home and business lending
2. Credit analysis
3. Financial assessments

• Demonstrated ability to analyse a customer’s eligibility for loan products and services
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
