What We're Looking for in a Dental Assistant:

• Amazing chairside assistance during treatments.

• Anticipate the dentist’s needs during procedures and ensure everything is ready for the next step.

• Impeccable sterilisation and infection control.

• Outstanding patient care, ensuring comfort, address patient needs, and create a positive experience.

• Support your colleagues when needed, helping foster a cooperative and efficient team environment.

• Must have Certificate III and/or IV in Dental Assisting.

• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Strong chairside manner and clinical expertise.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Compassionate and friendly personality that helps patients feel comfortable.

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.

What We're Looking for in a Dental Receptionist:

• Must have previous experience in a dental reception role.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to help patients understand treatment costs, insurance, and payment options.

• A calm, professional demeanor when handling inquiries and nervous patients.

• Knowledge of dental procedures to assist Dentists in coordinating treatment plans.

• Attention to detail, accuracy in scheduling is key!

• Organised, reliable, and polished presence representing the clinic professionally.

• A team player who is highly motivated and takes initiative.

• Dental Assistant Cert III is a plus!

This position can be casual or part-time, with shifts on Wednesdays and Saturdays, plus the possibility of additional days as we expand. Higher rates apply on Saturday’s.🌟
