Reporting into an impressive manager, and alongside a finance team full of high performing employees , we are seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to support financial performance analysis, strategic initiatives, and business insights across multiple regions. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, M&A activities, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial performance, forecasting, and benchmarking to support decision-making.
• Provide regional FP&A support and liaise with key stakeholders for business insights.
• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to corporate governance policies.
• Present financial analytics and reports to senior leadership and the Board.
• Assist in M&A activities, strategic initiatives, and post-merger integration.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required, supporting the Commercial Finance Manager and senior leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and addressing business challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• Big4 CA qualified
• Strong experience in financial analysis, FP&A, and business strategy.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in M&A, financial modeling, and data visualisation is a plus.
• And the ability to quickly absorb and interpret complex information and understand the business drivers of your customers.
• You will be technically strong and have the interpersonal skills to build relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
