This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and optimise waste, pest, and hygiene services across a high-volume national portfolio, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continual improvement.
As Waste Services Manager, you will be responsible for contract management, service optimisation, and cost control.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to drive operational excellence while supporting a major national partnership.

Your Role at a Glance
- Overseeing the delivery of pest, waste, and hygiene services across a national portfolio
- Collaborating with contractors and internal teams to ensure service quality and compliance
- Managing purchase orders and invoices in line with contractual agreements
- Identifying opportunities for service improvements and cost efficiencies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Developing service scopes, KPIs, and SLAs to measure and enhance performance
- Providing detailed reporting on service delivery and operational efficiency
- Ensuring all services meet regulatory and business requirements while optimising sustainability efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience managing pest, waste, and hygiene contracts across a large-scale operation
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise service delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and administrative skills
- Ability to work flexibly, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to apply for one
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Victoria and, on rare occasions, interstate (all travel expenses covered)
