About the role

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Perform high-quality haircuts and styling services for our clients

Work in a supportive and collaborative environment with other talented professionals

Focus solely on cutting and styling hair, with no chemical work involved

Enjoy a flexible schedule with a no appointment system

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our valued clientele

Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all customers

Adhering to company standards and procedures to ensure consistent and quality service

Actively contributing to the growth and success of the salon through exceptional customer service

Participating in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

Assisting with general salon duties such as stock management and reception support as required

What we're looking for

Qualified hairdresser with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a salon environment

A stylist that wants to be a part of an a great team

Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry

Strong time management and organisational abilities to work efficiently and effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues

A creative flair and the ability to deliver on-trend hairstyles

Flexibility to work within the required part-time, full time or casual hours, including weekdays and weekends
