About the role
At Epic Hair Designs' Springfield Lakes, we are looking for an experienced Hairdresser/Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role and the successful team member will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing and styling services to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a range of hairdressing and styling services, including cutting, colouring, perming, treatments and blow-drying
- Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable services
- Maintaining a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients
- Effectively using and maintaining hairdressing tools and equipment
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon
What we're looking for
- Completion of a recognised hairdressing qualification, such as a Certificate III in Hairdressing
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Hairdresser/Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive client experience
- Strong technical hairdressing skills, including proficiency in cutting, colouring, perming and styling techniques
- Enthusiasm for keeping up-to-date with the latest hairdressing trends and techniques
- A friendly, professional and reliable attitude
