The Lily Jackson Group is a long-standing successful Sydney Hair Salon group. We are seeking a fully qualified Senior Hairdresser for our Potts Point NSW salon.

We care a lot about creating beautiful hair for our clients. And we love to have fun whilst doing it.

Our salon offers:

• Attractive salary and benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 plus superannuation, as well as achievable commission.
• Full time position: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility on roster.

• Provide exceptional hairdressing services to our high-end clientele.
• Continuously develop your skills through training and education.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience post apprenticeship as a Qualified Hairdresser.
• Confident in colour and cutting with recent salon experience.
• Strong knowledge of hairdressing techniques and trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
