What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for:
- Project Assessment: Evaluate and report on restoration sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Client Engagement: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Site Safety: Conduct on-site risk assessments, participate in toolbox talks, and maintain strict safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Equipment Care: Maintain and care for company vehicles and tools, reflecting your attention to detail and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous restoration, cleaning, building / carpentry experience is highly valued.
- Certifications: IICRC WRT, AMRT certifications are highly desirable.
- Skills: A strong work ethic, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- License: A valid Driver’s License and Construction Induction (White Card) are required.
- Availability: Willingness to travel when required.
- Assist with On-Call: Willingness to assist with the after hours on-call roster
- Working Rights: Full working rights in Australia.
