About the Role

As Head Chef, you'll take full control of kitchen operations, from menu creation and cost management to leading a skilled brigade and ensuring consistency across all service periods. You'll bring a passion for classic pub food done right, while also delivering creative specials that keep customers coming back.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume pub or bistro
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to run a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Passion for quality pub classics with a creative twist
• Excellent understanding of food safety and compliance regulations
