The Role

In this temporary leadership position, you will manage production teams, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure quality and compliance across day shift operations. With rapid growth driving increased demand, this role plays a critical part in keeping production running smoothly.

Duties include:

• Lead and support production teams during day shifts.
• Oversee operational efficiency and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges as they arise.
• Maintain strong communication with night-shift counterparts for seamless handovers.

Skills & Experience

• Experienced in food manufacturing and production leadership.
• Able to quickly adapt and manage operations in a high-growth environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work autonomously.
