With the addition of our new retail arm Backhaus Foodstore launching early 2025, we are on the hunt for some more crew to join our team.

About the role:

Our bustling bakery warehouse is looking for a Duty Manager/ Supervisor to oversee daily packing activities, maintain quality standards and support our growing business.

Leadership experience is a must.

We take our responsibility for the physical and mental safety of our workforce seriously. Therefore, you must either hold or be able to obtain a Working with Children Check.

We are looking for someone with a positive outlook, a good work ethic and a calm temperament who will support the team as we grow.

A typical fortnight is an 8 day rotating roster including evening shifts (4pm to 9 pm), and one weekend (12pm to 8 pm Sat, 1pm to 9pm Sun), offering a balanced schedule with room for flexibility, as this will be a job share position.

Available to work weekends and public holidays essential.

This is a hands-on role and so you must be physically fit and able to lift 20 kgs.
