The Role: Collaborating closely with the other Legal Assistants this role is full time working across insurance matters. You'll provide essential support to our team of Partners and Lawyers, tackling a diverse array of tasks and challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently managing diaries and scheduling appointments
• Handling monthly billing processes
• Drafting court documents and correspondence
• Coordinating with their national offices
• Offering ad hoc administrative assistance

The Ideal Candidate: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple fee earners in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using document management systems
