About this role…
To generate new business, working with prospects in the ANZ region. Working as a member of the new business sales team, the role is responsible for converting leads from various marketing activities (e.g. email, webinars, live events, and partnerships) into new accounts. This is a high-velocity sales role, selling B2B in the accounting industry. The average sales cycle is approximately 3 weeks with the team consistently achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attending booked meetings through Teams in your calendar to present TOA Global
- Generating and managing pipeline of leads and opportunities daily
- Achieving monthly sales targets (closing approximately 3 new customers per week)
- Managing customers' expectations for the seamless handoff to our Customer Relationship Management team, and setting our customers up for success by selling with integrity
- Responsible for entering and maintaining accurate information in our customer relationship management system (Stella)
- Attend necessary meetings and conferences (some travel is required in this role)
- Perform other projects and duties as required
- Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions = OTE $100K++
About you: - At least 3 years' relevant experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in computer software systems, for example customer relationship management programs, email, spreadsheets and phone/video conferencing apps
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills required
- Fearless ability to comfortably speak with prospects and not afraid to put in the work to get deals closed
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, maintaining a positive attitude
- You learn fast, work fast, and thrive in an agile work environment
- You like to achieve goals, have fun, grow your knowledge, and make a positive impact
- Knowledge of outsourcing or the accounting industry would be advantageous
- This role provides a base salary plus commissions paid monthly - team consistently achieves their sales targets
