Join our Devonport team as a Car Care Consultant and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience for new & used car buyers & service customers.

We're looking for someone who is self-driven, reliable, and excited to use their sales skills to help customers find the perfect Car Care products to help protect their new investment. You should also understand the importance of meeting monthly sales targets set by your Car Care Manager and be motivated to achieve them in a supportive team environment.
Your role will involve:
Engaging with Clients: Actively interact with new & used car customers to introduce and explain our range of Car Care products.
Taking deposits: You will be expected to take deposits for both new and used vehicles.
Sales Excellence: Utilise your sales skills to effectively present and recommend Car Care products, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information and guidance on Car Care products to ensure customers make informed decisions.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and personalised experience.
Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks including, processing documents and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
Licensing Requirements:
Current Australian Driver’s License: A valid Australian driver’s license is required due to the need to travel between sites and suppliers.

Organised and Efficient: Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Customer-Focused: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role with a proven track record of managing customer queries and complaints.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems professionally.
Tech-Savvy: Intermediate to advanced computer skills and a high standard of personal presentation.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a commitment to achieving goals.
