Lakes Hyundai are seeking an experienced sales consultant to run their Aftermarket Department. In this full-time permanent role, the Car Care Consultant will work collaboratively with the sales team to promote the value of car care products. The role will require you to maximise product sales whilst delivering a genuine personalised customer service experience to new and used car buyers.

About the role:
This role will require a driven individual who has the ability to connect and engage their customer.

Your duties will include…

1. Promoting a range of car care products and offering expert advice to new and used customers.
2. Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products.
3. Maintain accurate sales logs and provide post-sale customer support.
4. Preparing warranties and other relevant paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
5. Ensuring all aftercare fitting arrangements have been completed efficiently.
6. Assisting in the co-ordination of customer deliveries.
7. Other duties as prescribed by management.

• A proven track record in sales.
• Car Care Consultant experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong drive to exceed targets.
• A passion for customer service.
• A professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
• A current Australian driver's license and access to reliable transport.
• Availability to work Saturday's.
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm
• 5 day working week (1 x mid week RD0)
