We are seeking a skilled and self-sufficient Finance Officer role with a reputable company in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to finance-related inquiries
• Manage student inquiries, billing, and fee collection
• Process student refunds and sponsor client billing
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting
• Support the implementation of a new student management system
• Identify and drive process improvements

Your profile:

• 1-2 years' experience in a Finance Officer or Accounts Receivable role (medium to large enterprise)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
• Experience with ERP systems and strong overall computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
