About the role

In this role, your duties as a Duty Manager will include but not be limited to:

overseeing day-to-day venue operation (incl. the gaming room, bar, TAB and bistro)

supervising/training/mentoring staff to reach their full potential

ensuring our club policies are adhered to, maintaining a safe workplace for everyone

collaborating with & supporting senior management to drive business objectives

efficiently managing opening and closing procedures as needed.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Min 1 year experience in gaming/TAB operations or similar essential

Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S requirements

Proven understanding of AML/CTF requirements

Excellent communication & customer service skills.

The following licenses are also essential for this role:

Current Victorian Gaming License

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Responsible Service of Gaming.
