Envate Pty Ltd are seeking a qualified Residential Building Supervisor to join our team of experts on a full-time basis. Construction Management Undergraduates with trade experience seeking employment or work release should also apply.

This position is strictly limited to Australian Permanent Residents and any international or visa applicants are not to apply.

Duties & tasks:

• Supervision of residential building work
• Scheduling and calling forward trades
• Quality control
• Customer liaison and management
• Maintain and develop trade resource pool
• Approve and process trade claims
• All aspects of construction management

Requirements & qualifications:

• Supervision and trade experience minimum 5years
• Diploma / Graduate or Undergraduate minimum 2yrs completed where applicable
• White card
• Australian driver’s license
• Excellent computer skills and keystrokes
• A quick learner with the ability to retain information
• Professionalism
