About the role

As a Residential Site Supervisor at Flascon Construction Group Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and supervision of residential construction projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects in the Brisbane area.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the work of subbies & suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Construction Manager and other key stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop the skills of the construction team.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and record-keeping.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a Residential Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of construction workers.
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.
• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's licence, white card and supervisor licence required.
