About the role

As a Relationship Manager at Expert Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, long-lasting connections with our valued aged and disability support clients. Based in Newcastle, NSW, this full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, while contributing to the strategic growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engaging with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences

Developing personalised support plans that enable clients to live independently and with dignity

Coordinating the delivery of high-quality care services tailored to each client's requirements

Building and maintaining productive relationships with clients, their families, and our internal teams

Advocating for client needs and ensuring seamless service experiences

Identifying opportunities to expand our service offerings and client base

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar client-facing role within the aged or disability care sector

A strong understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by our target client groups

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathise and build trust

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail

A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our clients and their loved ones

A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g. social work, community services, healthcare)
