Salary: $95,000-$115,000 + super + travel allowance + PD allowance + enjoy additional leadership benefits.

About the Role

As the Speech Pathology Clinical Leader, you will play a vital role in leading our clinical team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the professional growth of our therapists. This role is perfect for an experienced clinician who is ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to provide direct client care. You will work directly and closely with our director, an experienced speech pathologist, ensuring strong clinical support and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership, and mentoring to our team of Speech Pathologists

Support the professional development of team members through training and case discussions

Manage a varied pediatric caseload, including assessments and intervention for speech, language, and literacy

Oversee clinical policies, procedures, and service quality to ensure best practice.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other health professionals to achieve positive client outcomes.

Contribute to service development and innovation to enhance our clinic’s offerings

About You

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech Pathology

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, in paediatrics

Current SPA registration

Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Experience in supervising and supporting early career clinicians

Passionate about providing evidence-based therapy and achieving meaningful outcomes for children and families

You have a strong drive to lead and help others grow
