Your Role as a Senior Speech Pathologist:
You’ll bring your experience, leadership, and enthusiasm to:
• Manage a dynamic caseload of children with speech, language, literacy, fluency, and neurodiverse needs.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and health professionals to create meaningful, individualised therapy plans.
• Mentor and support junior therapists and contribute to an inclusive, multidisciplinary environment.
• Deliver therapy in a clinic setting, with options to work in schools or mobile sessions.
• Help shape the future of our team through contribution to clinical direction and innovation.

Sound it Out is a warm, inclusive, and well-established Speech Pathology practice with a team of 15 talented Speech Pathologists and AHAs. We’re guided by evidence-based practice and a belief in holistic, client-centred care. And yes, we really do care — about our clients, our community, and most of all, our team.
What You’ll Need to Join Our Crew:
• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership (or eligibility)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• NDIS Worker Screening or Police Check, plus WWCC
