We specialise in providing tax and business advisory to small business, family groups and individuals. Within the business group, we also have Stirling Auditors, 4Sight Bookkeeping and Samphyre Outsourcing.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Client Services Officer. As a Client Services Officer, your day-to-day tasks will include:

Responsible for administrative functions of the business group.

Creating the best experience possible for our clients, ensuring their service expectations are met.

Improving the efficiency of our Workflow and client communication process by building a strong rapport/relationship with the client and supporting them across our Ecosystem.

Position Description

Responsible for updating and maintaining CRM across our software platforms

Responsible for new entity setups/changes and application/cancellation of tax registrations.

Responsible for client communication including reception duties, daily mail, newsletters and social media posts.

Responsible for maintaining our workflow system

Liaison with practice administrator on invoicing/debtors

Responsible for client services like ATO liaison, interest remission, and gate title search, business name registrations, renewals, transfers, cancellations on ASIC Connect

Responsible for updating and creating procedures/templates relating to the client services role

Assist with detailed reporting and statistical analysis, including updating dashboard weekly/ monthly fitness, reporting on practice management system

Event management like Christmas lunch, team building and other social events.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in client services or customer support

Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Attention to detail

Knowledge of accounting services is a plus

Experience of accounting software (Xero/SF360/ChangeGPS/ATOMate/etc) is a plus
