We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work across our Sydney-store network, supporting one of Australia’s largest specialty retailers in hair extensions and hair products, Nature’s Hair.

Key responsibilities include:

Work under the leadership of the Store Manager to coach and motivate your team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets.

Managing the retail team to ensure consistent development of customer relationships and satisfaction.

Ensuring the successful running of the retail stores and taking responsibility for ensuring the operations of the stores run smoothly, achieve set targets as well as maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.

Recommend, select, and help locate product based on customer needs or desires.

Opening and closing the store premises, cash handling and maintaining store security.

Report back to the store leadership team as required.
