About the role

This is a full-time opportunity to join the Australian Vending Group team as a Coffee Vending Machine Filler and Cleaner based in Perth, WA 6000. You will be responsible for ensuring our coffee vending machines are well-stocked, clean, and functioning correctly to provide an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Regularly refilling coffee vending machines with fresh beans, milk, and other consumables

Cleaning and maintaining the internal and external components of vending machines to keep them in excellent working condition

Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues with the vending machines

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and reliable service

Completing daily logs and reporting on machine performance and maintenance

Assisting with the delivery and installation of new vending machines as required

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar role, such as a vending machine technician or retail/hospitality attendant

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and maintain vending machines

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to respond promptly to customer needs

Physically fit, as the role involves lifting, loading, and climbing stairs to access vending machines

A clean driving record and the ability to operate a light commercial vehicle

Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as required to service our client locations
