About the Role

We’re looking for a Coffee Vending Filler/Cleaner to join the Australian Vending Group in a permanent part-time role. Based in Kelmscott, this position involves traveling to various locations to maintain and service our coffee vending machines.

You’ll be responsible for keeping the machines stocked, clean, and in good working order, helping us deliver a great coffee experience to our customers.

This role requires a commitment of around 6–8 hours per day, across multiple days each week. There is some flexibility with working hours.

What you'll be doing

Regularly refilling coffee vending machines with Coffee, fresh beans, milk, and other consumables

Cleaning and maintaining the internal and external components of vending machines to keep them in excellent working condition

Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues with the vending machines

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and reliable service

Completing daily logs and reporting on machine performance and maintenance

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar role, such as a vending machine technician or retail/hospitality attendant preferred

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and maintain vending machines

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to respond promptly to customer needs

Physically fit, as the role involves lifting, loading, and climbing stairs to access vending machines

A clean driving record and the ability to operate a light commercial vehicle

Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as required to service our client locations
