About the role

As a Vending Machine Filler at Xvend Vending Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vending machines across the South East QLD region. This is a casual position offering 35-45 hours per week with opportunity to move to full time after 12 months with the company.

What you'll be doing

• Refilling vending machines with a variety of snacks, drinks and other products
• Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on vending machines
• Ensuring machines are clean, well-stocked and functioning properly
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and end-users
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any issues
• Adhering to all health, safety and security protocols

What we're looking for

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn vending machine maintenance
• Good physical fitness to manoeuvre and restock vending machines
• Familiarity with warehousing, storage and distribution operations is preferred

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a full Australian open license and good driving record.
• Have rights to work in Australia without restriction.
• Have or be willing to obtain a White Card and National Police check
• Good active listener.
• Be able to work independently and within a team.
• Have attention to detail
• Be self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and a strong work ethic.
• Be available Monday-Friday, between 5am and 5pm
