About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Parts & Service, you’ll take full ownership of revenue growth in a critical division. Your focus will be on identifying and implementing tailored parts and service solutions that maximise uptime for customers.
You'll play a key role in:
- Building strong relationships with dealers, service partners, and key clients.
- Developing marketing plans and tracking forecasts to drive business growth.
- Leading national sales meetings, engaging directly with senior management across Australia, Asia, and Europe.
What We’re Looking For
If you’re a motivated and consultative Sales Representative, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager, this is a good opportunity to elevate your career. You’ll bring:
- A proven track record in business development, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in mechanical or electrical equipment sales, ideally in mission-critical industries where parts and service are key to customer success.
- A degree or trade qualification in business, mechanical, or electrical fields (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for solving customer problems and securing new business with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
