EPCM Solutions is a dynamic engineering consultancy that provides engineering support and solutions to customers in the power infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing and defense industries.

Our growing Perth team require a proactive and professional senior/lead electrical engineer to take on project and team leadership roles for our expanding projects base.

This role will suit an experienced electrical engineer that is driven by quality control and attention to detail and enjoys working with and developing a young team. You must have strong communication skills for customer interfacing and team leadership.

The role is based in Perth WA, with work in construction engineering, automation, compliance auditing, energy management and project services to meet our Customers’ engineering needs.

Someone with a background in mining or infrastructure construction projects and CPENG qualification preferred. Strong technical problem solving skills are essential and the role will include supervision and lead system design and equipment sizing for projects in power generation and distribution, high voltage designs, process plant design, mine electrical infrastructure, CAD, process control systems, project planning and related activities.

You will get exposure to many and varied projects, introduced to customer facilities, and opportunities to expand experience with the latest industry practices, equipment and systems in use.

Position is a full time role working normal office hours in our office in West Perth, WA, with site work expected.
