Key Responsibilities:

· Support and learn from a team of experienced Property Managers

· Collect, drop off, and cut keys as needed for tenant and property access

· Conduct property open home inspections & process applications

· Build and maintain relationships with tenants

· Prepare accurate and thorough property condition reports

· Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth tenant onboarding

· Manage maintenance and repair requests

· Provide ad hoc administrative support as required

· Deliver superior customer service

· Work with a high level of autonomy

Skills and Attributes:

· Current driver’s license

· Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.

· A positive attitude and a desire to create win-win outcomes

· Excellent attention to detail

· Organised with the ability to manage time and tasks independently

· Reliable and punctual – a dependable presence for our team and clients

· Confident using apps, smartphones, and digital tools

· Comfortable working on the road and communicating professionally with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

· Current driver’s licence

· Current Certificate of Registration

· Willingness to travel to various properties

· A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
