Provide effective administrative and coordination services, supporting a skilled Services team to efficiently address needs and deliver successful customer and business outcomes

About the role

• Proactive coordination of guest services across all sites, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
• Professional and timely response to all inquiries, calls, and requests.
• Efficient visitor management, including greeting, sign-in, and assistance.
• Regular site inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance, with prompt issue resolution.
• Seamless coordination of tenancy services, including meeting room management.
• Provision of backup support for car park operations.
• Support for the team manager in staff communications.
• General administrative and logistical support as required.
• Active workload management to meet service standards and targets.
• Identification and implementation of user experience improvement initiatives.
• Strict adherence to building, fire, and emergency compliance standards.
• Monitoring and improving the Knowledge Management Tool's effectiveness

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Guest Relations.
• Proven technical capability in delivering transactional and operational services.
• High proficiency in Facilities, Finance, Asset Management, MS Office, and related systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement with measurable results.
• Strong teamwork and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Current clear NSW Driver's License
