lyf Bondi Junction is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join as a Night Shift Guest Services Officer. This full-time role will report to the Guest Services Manager and work closely with our guests and team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The right candidate will be:

Available to work nights between 11 pm and 7 am on a rotating roster

Able to work independently as the primary, and at times, the only contact for our guests overnight

Key experience and skills required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ensuring clear communication between all departments

Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing their requests, and overseeing account transactions

Providing guests with information on hotel services and local attractions

Performing night audit reporting, filing, and general administration

Maintaining outstanding personal presentation and strong attention to detail

Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA)
