About the Role

Accessible Diversity Services Initiative (ADSI) is seeking passionate and experienced Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver person-centred therapy across Aged Care and NDIS programs.

You’ll be supporting clients to achieve their goals through home-based, clinic-based and community interventions that are culturally responsive and aligned with ADSI’s inclusive values.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional assessments and develop tailored therapy plans

Deliver evidence-based therapy across mobility, strength, pain management, ADLs, and falls prevention

Prescribe equipment and home modifications in collaboration with support coordinators and families

Prepare clinical reports for NDIS or aged care assessments and funding reviews

Support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds with dignity, empathy, and respect

About You

Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

Strong communication and cultural awareness, especially with CALD communities

Experience working with older people and/or people with disability (NDIS experience preferred)

Own transport and a valid Driver’s Licence

ABN and insurance (for contractors) or relevant clearances (for employees): WWCC, NDIS Worker Check
