Are you an experienced Administration Officer looking for a short-term opportunity in our Executive Assistant team in Support Services?This 8-week temporary role is ideal for someone currently in an administration position or with previous relevant experience who is eager to contribute and further develop their skills.

This role is working closely with the Executive team and other key stakeholders across the business, you will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. You love the idea of no two days being the same and you really enjoy working as part of a team.

Your written and verbal communication skills are impeccable, your attention to detail is second to none and your ability to prioritise and manage your own workload is spot on. You are the kind of individual who is a real go-getter, and you understand the importance of achieving deadlines.

You are familiar with reception duties, invoice coding, document preparation, meeting preparation, supporting leaders and key stakeholders and ad hoc administrative duties. You are efficient in your work; you are solutions focused, and you have a positive approach in all that you do.

THE ESSENTIALS

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum two (2) years experience in an administration role or similar, supporting leaders.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in document preparation and minute taking.
  • A high level of customer service.
