What We Are Looking For

Self-starter who has experience in the preparation of detailed and accurate estimates/quotes

Strong computer skills in estimating software packages

Industry experience and/or trade background

Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Self- starter who can hit the ground running preparing estimates and tender submission

Collaborating with clients, attending site/pre-tender meetings

Assist with project management when required

Assist with Contract Administration when required

Sub-contractor negotiation

Co-ordinate material ordering, and site-establishment

Assist with construction planning and scheduling to align with budget estimates

Tender Submission tasks and Project program development

Requirement of skills, qualifications and experiences:

Have minimum 2 years’ experience in an Estimating role or similar experience

Sound knowledge of construction practices and building standards

Prior experience using Estimating software preferred OR you must be able to pick up new software easily

Strong understanding of construction methodology, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications

Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organisational and time management skills
