Our client is a leading global IT consulting firm, who are seeking experienced Salesforce Architects to join their expanding team in Perth. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce implementations, shaping end-to-end solutions, and driving business transformation across industries.

The successful candidates will have proven expertise at Architecture level in either Marketing Cloud SMFC, or SFDC.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define business problems and drive discussions.
• Provide product fitment for the Energy and Utility Industry and Marketing Cloud.
• Run blueprinting and discovery phases, conducting impact assessments.
• Define strategy, integrations, and data migration for SFMC implementations.
• Offer insights to influence business direction and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical end-to-end solutions based on customer requirements.
• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead technical requirements gathering and oversee documentation.
• Integrate Salesforce with other business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, etc.).
• Guide environment management, release management, and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Administrator certification.
• Expertise in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Personalization, Cloud Pages, and Data Extensions.
• Strong understanding of SFMC integration and data migration.
• Experience with Agile processes and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 9-12 years of CRM experience, primarily in Salesforce.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Experience in multi-country rollouts.
• Knowledge of authentication patterns (SSO, OAuth) and security capabilities (TLS, SSL).
• Strong Agile and Jira experience.
