About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the strategic evolution of our Salesforce environment. As the cornerstone of our technical team, you will design and optimize solutions that enable Scentia to maximize its return on investment in Salesforce cloud applications and ensure the platform meets business objectives and scales effectively.

The role is responsible for defining enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and aligning with business objectives to optimize operations and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Salesforce architecture strategy aligned with business goals.

Offer functional design guidance, best practices, and platform capability insights for various work streams.

Translate business needs into technical requirements, providing architectural insights and guiding development teams.

Develop comprehensive solution designs covering application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure aspects.

Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce product features, providing strategic recommendations for adoption.

Establish and enforce comprehensive configuration standards for the Salesforce platform.

Conduct system audits and optimize performance for scalability and reliability, identifying and mitigating risks.

About you

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Salesforce Certified Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect).

Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and enterprise-level implementations, with a minimum of 5+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.

Proven experience with APEX, Visualforce pages, API programming, JavaScript, and writing SOQL queries.

Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration strategies.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, security frameworks, and API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware).

Highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer focus and ability to translate technical information into business language.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with experience working in Agile environments and providing clear architectural direction.
