About the roles:

We have several brokers - in the GOLD COAST region - who are seeking experienced Broking Account Executives, and Account Managers to join their growing operations - from the Northern end of the Gold Coast down to Coolangatta.

What you'll be doing

Managing a portfolio of commercial and retail insurance clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing needs are met

Conduct reviews and renewals, making recommendations to optimise clients' insurance coverage

Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services

Negotiate with insurance providers to secure the best possible terms and rates for clients

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on complex insurance matters

Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records

Collaborate with the broader team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Internal A/C Exec/Broking Account Executive/or Account Manager in the AUSTRALIAN insurance industry

Must have 'Tier 1' (Broking) accreditation - or be close to attaining same.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and insurance providers

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide tailored insurance solutions

Up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations and industry trends

Excellent organisational and time management skills
