Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate crane and rigging equipment.

Direct lifting operations on site, ensuring all loads are properly secured.

Maintain communication with the crane operator to ensure smooth operations.

Perform pre-operational checks and maintenance on rigging equipment.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site protocols.

Work closely with the construction crew to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

In-date Dogman ticket

Previous experience in a similar role within construction or heavy industry.

Strong understanding of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety protocols.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
