Rural Health West aims to improve access to quality healthcare for rural communities through the provision of a highly skilled, motivated and sustainable medical, nursing, midwifery, dental and allied health workforce. We are a not-for-profit organisation primarily funded through WA Country Health Service and the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

We are recruiting a Regional Services Program Coordinator to manage relationships with service providers and contracts for the delivery of outreach health services to regional and remote communities.

Fixed term (parental leave cover) until February 2026.

Part time 0.6 FTE

Central location in Nedlands, Western Australia (hybrid work options available)

Competitive remuneration – from $78,123 pa (pro rata plus super)

The regional services program delivers more than 4,000 occasions of service each year. We are looking for someone with a passion to make a difference to join our dedicated Regional Services team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in program management including planning, implementation, evaluation, and contract management.

Well developed organsiation skills and ability to meet set priorities and deadlines.

Well developed problem solving, research and analytical skills.

Outstanding organisational skills with ability to multi-task and work without supervision.

Ideally an understanding of rural and remote health care service issues in WA.

Willingness to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
