The Head Chef role at Robata offers the opportunity to lead a talented kitchen team in a dynamic and high-quality culinary environment. Your day-to-day will involve leading the kitchen team, overseeing prep and service to maintain top-quality dishes. You'll have creative input into menu development, working with seasonal ingredients to craft dishes that align with the restaurant’s vision. Mentoring and training staff will be key, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the kitchen. You'll also manage stock, control costs, and collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality. This role offers the chance to shape the venue’s culinary direction while enjoying a competitive salary and professional development opportunities.

We’re seeking a highly skilled chef with strong leadership and kitchen management experience. In our endeavour to capture the essence of Argentine culture and cuisine, we have imported a bespoke 2.5 metre parrilla charcoal grill, hand made by Pirincho, a lifelong master of the craft. He is regarded as one of the most important parrilla craftsman in the world. Pirincho’s previous customers include former Argentine presidents, the Ferrari workshop in Modena, and the VIP restaurant in the Barcelona FC Stadium.
