You’ll be:

Managing leads from digital marketing, referrals, and inbound campaigns

Running sales appointments directly with homeowners

Handling phone or in-person consultations—your choice!

Generating your own leads? Even better—you’ll earn a bonus on top of your commission

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience in solar or residential energy sales is a big plus

Strong communication and closing skills

A competitive mindset and self-motivation

Basic tech/computer skills

In-home sellers must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
